Installation of Mold rack
Installing the mold storage rack system involves a more complex process than setting up pallet racks. Initially, position the column vertically. Next, secure the column’s top and bottom using connecting rods through the pre-drilled holes, tightening the screws to stabilize the structure. Then, place the drawer panel onto the rail and attach the anti-slip buckle. It’s essential to confirm that the drawers are securely installed and slide smoothly without jamming.

Mold racks are divided into three types: standard mold racks, medium-duty mold racks, and heavy-duty mold racks;
Standard mold racking :800kg~1500kg/drawer,
Medium-duty mold racks :1500kg~3000kg/drawer,
Heavy-duty mold racks : 2000kg~3000kg/level
